How is Shreyaas different from existing elder care services?+
Existing services focus on healthcare coordination. Shreyaas manages your parents' entire life — daily errands, lifestyle, culture, legal matters, and emotional wellbeing — at luxury standard. Our relationship managers are full-time Shreyaas employees, not freelancers or agency staff.
How do my parents interact with Shreyaas?+
Your parents use only WhatsApp — the technology they already know and trust. Their named Navigator is a real person available via WhatsApp. There is no app to download, no portal to navigate, no technology barrier whatsoever.
How do I stay informed as the NRI family member?+
You receive a weekly personalised photo report every Sunday, are part of a WhatsApp family group with daily updates, and have a fortnightly video call with your parents' Navigator. You can also message your Navigator directly at any time.
Can I pay in USD, GBP, AUD or SGD?+
Yes. All memberships are billed in your home currency. Saathi is approximately $180/month, Bandhu $265/month, and Shreyaas Signature $420/month depending on the exchange rate at billing. We use Stripe for all international payments.
Who are the relationship managers?+
Every relationship manager is a trained, full-time Shreyaas employee. Each undergoes a 6-point background check — criminal, identity, address, employment, reference, and court records — before being introduced to any family. They are selected for warmth and genuine care for people.
What if there is a medical emergency?+
Bandhu and Shreyaas members have 24/7 emergency response. If your parent needs help, our team will reach them within minutes — accompany them to hospital, speak to the doctors, and keep you updated in real time while you arrange travel.
Which cities do you currently serve?+
We are currently live in Delhi NCR (South Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida) and Mumbai. Bengaluru launches in mid-2025, followed by Chennai and Hyderabad. Leave your details and we will notify you the moment we launch in your parents' city.
Is there a minimum commitment period?+
We ask for a 3-month initial commitment so we can build a genuine relationship with your parents' household. After that, membership is month-to-month. In our experience, families stay because they want to, not because they have to.
